I verified with Fitbit that I've used the device a total of about 30 min in 17 months. It's been off since last January. It won't swipe and they dont care. It's outside of warranty so that's it.
So I spent $189 for a device that can't be fixed after 30 min of use ?
This really stinks

I'm surprised that the battery still works.
Have you cleaned the screen? I assume you have restarted the tracker if possible I suggest shutting the tracker off, it might be case of the blaze not turning on properly.
When it comes to the warranty it is based on calender days, not days of use.
