My Blaze won't sync with my Samsung

I have tred to restart my Blaze about 10 times and have shut if off 5 times. it will not sync. It did sync a couple times this morning but not since.

What Samsung pgone do you have amd is it on the compatable list?

Have you tried removing the tracker from your bluetooth settings screen? 

Or doing a shutdown of your phone?
