Hi. I have a charge 2 and Samsung j3. The app syncs the odd time but then just stops. I tried all previous suggestions but the only one which seems to work is uninstalling app and re-installing it. That happens daily and is quite annoying. I only have the charge 2 for a few days and really like it, but it would be great if the syncing issue can be solved. Thanks
