Hello @Jayrob, I'm glad to see you joined us in our Fitbit Community. The first thing to do is review if your device is compatible with this feature by going to http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
If your mobile phone is compatible, make sure you are running the latest version of the app, which for Android is 2.39.1. In addition take a look at this post to learn how to enable your call notifications.
For Music control, the process is different. To enable this feature this post will provide you the necessary help.
