Same here...just got one yesterday and had to unpaid charge 2 to even connect.

 

Now this morning won't sinc and didn't my sleep

I also received Charge 3 for Xmas. First night tracked well. Last night no sleep stages were tracked and today the stair  tracking also stopped working. Anyone have any suggestions?

I changed time zones and the watch hasn't changed or synced yet and it isn't tracking my sleep either

I was having the same issue and found this answer on another question. I am going to try see if it works in a couple of days once it has more data on me and also wear it higher up on my arm
