My Exercise are in Spanish

Hello

Something weird is happening for the first time.. today

 

My exercise name on my phone are in SPANISH... dont know why.. everything else is in english except my exercises name on my Android. If i start the fitbit app on my computer.. it is ok.. 

 

I have already clear cache on the apps.. i have force stop and restarted

 

everything else is in english except my exercise. 

Why???

ok.. I had it setup properly and it did not change

I changed language and region and it did not change

i put it back to english and it did not work either

so i went into Apps settings.. clear cache and clear data

I had to log back in the apps.. and everything is back to normal.. 

 

so that is the solution if it happens to others 😄

Hello @PaulMarch, nice to see you again in this opportunity! Certainly this behavior is not expected from the app and thank you for let me know you tried already a few troubleshooting steps to address this issue.

 

Make sure your location in the app is correct and your phone language settings match with your location. The app works by taking the language configuration of your phone, so if the issue persists; perhaps changing to a different one and reverting the change to its original configuration may do the trick in the Fitbit app.

yes.. everything is setup the same.. and its only the exercise..

i will definitely try you trick. i was going to remove the app and
reinstall it

but will try first..
