How do i get charge hr to work on my LG G6

@kree72 Welcome to the Fitbit family! I moved your post to the Android App Board as there are more chances for you to receive an answer to your inquiry here.

 

I was checking the list of supported devices and the LG G6 is not listed. There is a chance that your Fitbit device will experience trouble with some of the app's functions.

 

I also have an unsupported device (Moto G4) and it sync fine. However, some other features will not work.

 

So, I recommend, that if you get a Fitbit device, to use a computer to set it up and sync it. That way you will ensure that it will work.

 

If you happen to have another mobile device, listed there, please use that mobile device instead.
