Been going on for a month now.  Called into help a week ago.  Seemed to be ok after but same issues again.  Pairing rejected by one. Tracker not found. Anyone know what's going on??

Hi, @JennRose45! There have been some syncing issues with the more recent versions of the app. The latest version, which was just released (2.65.1) should hopefully solve most of the issues. I would suggest making sure you're updated to that version and seeing if that solves your problems.

@JennRose45Version 2.65.1 is a definite improvement. My One and Ionic are syncing on request. As @MakMak suggests update your phone with the latest version.

I just requested another sync and it has synced again.

@JennRose45I would definitely .power off your One.. If you haven't done that before, put the One into your charge adapter while in the powered USB charging port, hold the One's button down for at least 15 seconds until you see no activity on the One's screen.

I would go into your Apps on the Phone, tap Fitbit and clear the Fitbit cache, then restart your phone and then restart the One..   Force a sync from the phone.

Also does Fitbit Connect work on your PC for a sync ?

@JennRose45Probably a nonsensical question because you have been a Fitbitter for awhile, did you turn the Bluetooth off and see if the Fitbit App detects that and asks to allow it to turn it on..

Also have you got Location set on your phone

I have the found the One to be the most reliable Fitbit I have ever owned, especially the step count.

So when I turn the Bluetooth off, the app does ask me to turn it on. As
soon as I turn the Bluetooth on, it says tracker not found.

I do have the location on.

I just don't understand how everything was fine and now it won't sync...
