My Fitbit app is showing a spinning circle for the map

I am having difficulty with the app, my device is syncing with the app. However my run is not showing. It did after I completed the run, but when I went back in the app. I  now just spinning circle for the map. 

Everything has been updated, I have uninstalled the app, turned phone off and back on and reinstalled. I am on Android 10 and my Fitbit is version 32.70.8.0. 

Any help would be great.

Hello there @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting this situation before posting. To better assist you, could you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Uninstall the app from your mobile device again.
  4. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  5. Reboot your mobile device.
  6. Reinstall the Fitbit app again.
  7. Login using your account credentials.
  8. Check the Fitbit.com dashboard to see if you're also having the same issue.
