My Inspire HR wouldn't sync for 5 days (it wouldn't let me update the clock either - my phone couldn't find the device), so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my motorola phone. Upon reinstalling, the app will not run. It crashes immediately upon opening and the only options are to try again or send feedback. Can this be remedied, please?

I recommend to uninstall the app, restart your phone and install the app again. If you continue experiencing difficulties, please try to clear the app's cache.
