My fitbit app Is taking forever to upload the pages, can someone please help?

I'm wondering the same as @Rich_Laue. Also, I'd like to know the model/brand of the Android phone you're using and when was the first time you experienced this issue.

While I wait for your responses, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Have you tried clearing the apps cache? 

Is this on your Versa 3 as the title says? Or is it with the Fitbit app on the android phone?
