My Fitbit stopped syncing

I'm so disappointed. I've had my fitbit for less than a month and I loved it. Yesterday it stopped syncing. I have done every single thing suggested on the website...unistalled, reinstalled, updated, checked my phone software, made sure location is on, turned phone on and off, checke bluetooth connections. I don't know what else to do and I must say I'm pretty frustrated. Any other suggestions?

I'm having the same issue and did the same thing you did...

I turned off my Bluetooth and turned back on and it will sync... That's kinda a pain to do everyday though...

I called support and the lady was very helpful. She showed me how to reset my tracker, and had me turn the bluetooth off, turn my phone off and on again and then turn the bluetooth back on. Yay!!!
