During my run today, my Fitbit Luxe buzzed to tell me I had hit 10k. (I have run this route many times before using Runkeeper and know it was only about 9k or so at that point.) I continued my run, up until the point where I am used to stopping to hit 10.2k, and stopped. I looked at the Fitbit app and it said I had only done 9.6k. Does anyone know why it changed like that and/or why it's not accurate? The Luxe is connected to my phone for GPS.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @KerstiElina.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the Fitbit app. Thank you for the information provided.
Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.55 for iOS and Android devices). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
In addition, you can try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your phone
- Log back into the Fitbit app
Hope this helps.
