Hello,
Most people at home have oral thermometers that typically show 0.5 to 1 F cooler than core temperature. App seems to want core temperature for manual measurements, not oral temperatures. The help guides and app do not strongly specify that oral temperature should not be used, instead recorded with a positive offset to show a more approximal core temperature. Can the App's algorithms be verified to see which reading is expected and clarity added to the app and help pages? thanks!

Hi @anon91919 - the recording of core temperature in the Fitbit App is manual.
You can use any source type because it's not the absolute temperature that is important but the relative changes.
Likewise the skin temperature recorded by a Sense watch is relative.
