New phone won't connect

I got a new phone today and now my lux won't connect to bluetooth or alert me when i get msgs.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @Nikiko  - this is because the transfer of the watch to the new phone is not complete and the watch is linked to the old phone.

 

  • Make sure the old phone is off, and any other Bluetooth devices.
  • Logout of the Fitbit App on the new phone and restart it, and the watch.
  • Login to the Fitbit App and go to the phone home screen without closing the Fitbit App
  • click on the sync popup and pair and link the watch to the new phone
  • setup your notifications again
