Okay half the time my One will not Snyc with my Android based Samsung J1 smart phone...tells me it can't even find it whenI do a Bluetooth search...what's up?

Patruns....thanks for the link I will look. Strange it syncs sometimes. ..other times it says it can't find it. I'll check the link.

I have the exact problem. i just bought the limited edition of the fitbit versa. it sync SOMETIMES  too.

it works when i close the phone wait for 30 secondes and restart but still not garantied it will work every time. it is soo annoying.
