My Sense won't sync with OnePlus phone

It worked little time on Thursday.I had made all tricks what they recommend but it doesn't help. I can't see any steps, sleep informaation etc on my app

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend to force stop the Fitbit app: open your phone's Settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache > go back and tap Force stop. I made things you adiviced but it doesn't help.
Thursday at 8.01 in Finland it worked last time

1. Restart your phone and remove your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Set up a device. 
4. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Today I got my Sense paired with my phone. I reinstall app many times along these days and today was success!

Every time I made same things, so I don't know what was the problem.

Now I have a same syncing problem.

I think that I try return my Sense to shop. I need a product which works...

Sense works and sync with another phone which hasn't Android 11. Problem
began in August when my phone got Android 11 and its updates.

I'm not satisfied because other phone isn' t mine...
