Hello @danfry69
Is your weight data still showing correctly here on your online dashboard? I’d try logging out of the Fitbit App, turn your phone off for 1-2 mins then restart your phone and log back into the Fitbit app. Sync then look at your weigh entries…are they correct now? If not make sure you have the latest Fitbit App update. I’m hoping just a simple log out, restart and log back in works. Fingers crossed 🤞 I did find another thread where this has happened to someone else but no resolution was given. They were told to contact fitbit Customer Service. You can view that thread here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-Dashboard/Dashboard-shows-I-ve-weight-0-2-lbs-for-the-pas...
Let me know how it goes

Thank you for your reply Megabyte.
My problem is exactly the same as the one you mentioned. I tried the steps you recommended with no change. It seems to be a bug only on my lap top as my phone is showing the correct results. How do I update the laptop version of the program?
I also attempted to connect with the individual you mentioned form Mar'21. No response yet.

Hello again @danfry69
I’m wondering if your current post to me is the answer. You said your phone is showing the correct information but your laptop is not. It would mean that you have your Fitbit Tracker connected to two different Bluetooth devices. That could possibly cause conflicts with syncing. I’m wondering if that possibly could be the problem. Did you recently start connecting to two devices? Theoretically you should be able to sync with multiple devices connected to the same account but it might lead to confusion. Having both devices around might cause a conflict if the Fitbit tracker tries to connect with both of them at the same time.
