Trophies are locked on Fitbit app

I am having this exact same problem how do I fix it

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me explain that our team is aware that the badges and trophies aren't available in the Fitbit app and they're working to identify a solution as soon as possible. In the meantime, I'd recommend to try the following steps that have worked for others:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. On your phone's settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Force Stop.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

I am having the same problem even after following these instructions. The trophies remain locked.

I did the steps Lizzyfitbit recommended & my trophies are still locked too.

I doubt  anybody is working on it and therefore it wont be fixed, after a year I would expect that something as simple as this to code would have been solved .

Mine are also locked. I followed the suggested fix, still locked.

And it  will stay locked as nobody is working on fixing it, contrary to what we get told or it would have been fixed years ago

@LizzyFitbit this has been going on for nearly two years with no progress. What exactly are your devs doing? Is your Scrum Master in a coma? I work with engineers and developers day in and day out, and if they left a consumer-facing bug unaddressed for two years, they would be fired and we would hemorrhage customers! I'm just about ready to throw my FitBit in the trash and get a smart watch. What a horrible excuse for customer service.

Idk if this will unlock your trophies, but it worked for me. Last wk. I installed the fitbit app update to version 3.59.1 (I have an android phone) then participated in the work wk. Hustle & my trophies are unlocked.

I just checked and my Fitbit is version 3.59.1. Still all locked trophies.
