Hello Support, 

 

I set the units to Fahrenheit but my Sense remains on Celsius. What to do? Thanks, Steve

Thank you for informing us about the issues you experienced with your Fitbit Sense and for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

If you followed the instructions in this article without luck, please restart your Watch.

 

You can also set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1654212326613.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
