Could someone pĺz help me? I've had my fitbit charge 2 for about 7 months now but in the last few months it doesn't log any active minute or count my calories burnt. I've replaced the watch twice now and this is still the case ! What am I doing wrong pĺz help

Are you talking about on the Fitbit itself or on your phone's dashboard?
