My alta shuts itself off

I have bought 2 alta's last year . One for myself (that has been replaced earlier this year) and one for my wife (this is the one that is now acting up like my old one. Turning off and not syncing I followed the steps that were told to me with my last alta. Please help.

It's been happening to mine too! I no longer get call or messages notifications

I know when it happens to mine they ended up replacing it under warranty.
