If so, how many times did you try? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.
Best AnswerI have the dame prépublication,after I restarted my fitbit it worked fine and still does but it idoes not sync to the app now, I removed my device from the account and now it does not find it to added again
Best AnswerSeems to be lots of problems with the android app and syncing to devices, especially newer devices like the S7, Moto Z, Google Pixel which are usually running Android 6.0 or higher.
I have similar problems and found I couldn't re-add my Blaze to fitbit app after deleting until I cleared the android cache partition. You could try that.
