I'd like to help you figure out what is going.
The first thing I'd like to ask is what phone you are using to sync your phone? Also, what page are you referring to? Could you a bit more specific about what is going on? That would definitely help in getting everything to work.

Am having a similar issue. I received the fitbit charge 3 for Christmas and it is my first fitbit. But when I get the notification which asks if I want to set up and I put yes, I'm taken to a new page where I sellect the model fitbit. But when I click the Charge 3 and then set up it takes me back to the previous page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Along with logging in and out but nothing works.
