Versa will not sync with app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am on day 2 of having my Versa and it synced this morning with my app around 7am but now it won't sync. It's stating tracker not found. I've rebooted my phone, rebooted my versa, removed device from Bluetooth settings and also removed from fitbit app. My phone will connect to the Versa but once I open the Fitbit app, it won't find it.

Welcome to the Forums @lbury.

Congratulations on your new Versa, let me help you figure out what could be happening and what we can do to fix it. Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have already tried.

What is the phone that you are using? Also, what Android version are you running on it?

In the meantime, let's try to follow the steps listed in this help article. Some of them you might have already tried but please give them another shot in the order that they are showing in there. They should definitely help.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I have an Android Phone, Google Pixel 2XL and I have the lastest update of
Android 9.

I tried the following from the article
Force stop FitBit app and reopened
Turned Bluetooth off/on
Went back to the Fitbit app and tried syncing and it worked.

Thank you,
