My challenges disappear intermittently.  It has happened with Bingo and the custom challenges for steps, active minutes, and miles. Most recently, it happened just now. The challenges were there an hour or so ago and now all three custom challenges are gone but my Pocono challenge is still there. My Inspire 2 is up to date. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Challenges. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.52 iOS and 3.52.1 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
