HI @roxy85 - In the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo and Notifications - there you will find the on Wrist calls and main notifications settings, and also click on App notifications to define individual apps you want to hear from.
On the watch pull the top edge down to see if there are any pending notifications,
Your watch has to be connecting well with the Fitbit App on your phone for the pop up phone notifications to also appear on the watch.
You can use the SimpleCheckUp app to provide you with information about the watch and how well it is connecting and when last synced.

@roxy85 - If you have a smart watch, Ionic or later, try the following in case the Fitbit App has got corrupted and you are not seeing the screens you wish to access.
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit Stop [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
If the Fitbit App is still not showing you the screens you are looking for it may be necessary to uninstall and reinstall the App again, and redo any special settings.
Older trackers may work differently so it will be necessary to identify the watch and phone you have to get the right diagnostics.
