My charge 2 is not syncing with my fitbit app.

My charge 2 will not sync with my app. My app will not even find the fitbit. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted my device, turned off and on the location and bluetooth.

It might be worth trying the restart of the Charge 2 a few more times. It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.
