Best AnswerGoogled the issue and found resolution of the issue, for me anyway. Restart your tracker. Plug it in to charge, then press and hold the button until you see something pop up on the screen, then let go. It says "version" or "v2" or something. After I did that, I went on the app and tried to synch. It took forever, but finally did it! After 2 weeks! Not sure why it happened, but the restart worked for me.
