My charge hr will not sync to my app all of a sudden and I don't know why. I have a Samsung A5 (2016)...it worked perfectly fine example until last Thursday...any suggestions on what to do

Oh good, I'm glad I came on here. I just brought my friends charge hr off her as she upgraded and it's not connecting. I have Samsung s5...the digits come up to sync but sits around forever saying connecting and doesn't

Googled the issue and found resolution of the issue, for me anyway. Restart your tracker. Plug it in to charge, then press and hold the button until you see something pop up on the screen, then let go. It says "version" or "v2" or something. After I did that, I went on the app and tried to synch. It took forever, but finally did it! After 2 weeks! Not sure why it happened, but the restart worked for me.
