My fitbit alta is not syncing with my phone

Can anyone help i am trying to sync my phone to my fitbit alta. But it isnt working and saying cannot find tracker? It worked for one minute this morning and said connected but now it wont sync?

Welcome to the Forums @Charyse.

 

Thanks for sharing that you have tried to get it to sync but it is not being found.

 

In this case I'd recommend that you try following all of these steps. They should definitely help in getting your Fitbit to work properly once more. 

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask some questions:

  • What phone are you using?
  • Are you trying to sync through the app or through the Bluetooth settings?
