My fitbit doesnt want to sync to my phone. My phone shows incorrect data amd nolonger shows steps, it only shows calories. My app on my only allows refresh but no sync option. This is fruastrating cause my data on my vatality was last sync to fitbit in oct 25th because of this. Unhappy at all.

Check if you have the latest Samsung Software installed on your phone. A lot of people in the forums like me have had problems after a Fitbit app release. After I installed the latest Samsung software on my Galaxy A10 my particular problem was gone . I have had passed on the information on forum and others now have working apps. Worth a try. Nothing to lose. Post if you have success.

My Samsung is up to date and I have been having issues with syncing on my phone for weeks. I have not been able to get it to sync for over 24 hours now. Ugh!

You have a Samsung S4. What tracker do you have.
You say you are updated.
You have a Samsung software to check.
You have a fitbit app release to check
Can you post that information back please.
Recently fitbit app releases have caused problems. Samsung put out a software update that has helped a lot of forum members.
Can you be very specific about the problems you have had.
Forum members need the right information in order to help.

My Samsung Galaxy A10 stopped syncing with my charge 2 tracker when fitbit released 3.10.
I turned off the auto update in Google play store so I only received my updates over wifi and also had control over what I wanted to allow to be installed.
I updated to version 3.11 the same as you have. It did nothing to help me with the syncing problem.
I then checked in settings on my Galaxy A10 under software update and installed the latest Samsung software. That was on the 28th November. My phone immediately began to sync with my charge 2 tracker and is still working now.
It might be worth looking in your phone settings under software update to see if there has been another update since your October one.
There must have been a fix patch in my last software update which allowed my phone to start syncing.
