Any idea why or how to fix it?

The Android app is no longer showing a Readiness Score for me either for the last two days. It had previously worked for several months without missing a day. It has sleep data and HR data for all night along with all 5 of the stats it uses. But it has not calculated a Readiness Score. Looks like yet another thing has gone wrong with Fitbit.

Thanks for confirming this.

I hope it gets fixed soon.

Hello @Fregola

Which Fitbit device are you using?

The updated algorithm for the Readiness score uses data from your sleep tracking as described in this help page (<-- click link). Since you're not seeing a sleep score, that would impact your Readiness score.

That said, as @JerryHam mentioned, there is an issue with the readiness score that has been escalated to the appropriate team for resolution. However, there isn't a timeline for the fix. When I learn of any updates, I'll report back.

That's correct, for the past two days I received neither a sleep score, nor
a readiness score.

It's the sleep score that I'm more interested in fixing.

My apologies if you've already reviewed this information. This help page has the recommended troubleshooting when you don't see your sleep stages (<-- click link), which is needed for your sleep score.

All past data is gone, had to re-add my Sense 2, and all settings have been reset. I am guessing it's the app update? This is an amazing time suck, I feel robbed.

I have lost Breathing Rate, HRV, and anything dependent on them. Readiness Score depends on HRV and Sleep Quality. I suspect that the sleep cycles might depend on HRV and/or Breathing Rate. The Stress Management Score depends on Sleep Quality.

So far, when people post the tracker/watch, only seen a google watch (1, 2, and 3). On another thread some users reported that it resolved on its own after several days. One user fixed it by completely disconnecting/deleting the GW3 and started setup from scratch after a factory reset. It was a long process that I hope isn't necessary. I keep looking for threads that might have an easier fix.

I am using a Google Watch 3 and a Pixel 6 phone running Fitbit 4.30. The issue started after more than a week on 4.29.

While we wait for a solution have a Terrific day!

Inspire 3.

Firmware 63.20001.21026

I've checked all of those things in the help page and don't believe any are
the cause of it suddenly stopping to record this data.

Same result last night too. Only Awake, Restless, Asleep are showing.
Nothing more detailed than that.

Thank you for the Information. Now I know that it isn't just the Google Watches.

Thank you for the information and have a Terrific day!

FYI, I moved it to the other wrist last night experimentally, and it did not fix the problem. I still get no sleep data other than Awake, Restless, Asleep.

Hello @Fregola

Thank you for the update.

Are you having any heart tracking issue with your Inspire 3? Do you see a green light on the back of your device? That's the heart rate tracker and is needed for sleep tracking.

NO!  I have no heart rate data, and upon checking there is NO green light on the back.

Thank you @RiekoC , I think you've found a really good clue.

Hello @Fregola

Ok, now we know the problem is your heart rate sensor/green light. Check the Settings tile on your Inspire 3 and confirm Heart Rate is turned on. It might have gotten turned off somehow.

There doesn't seem to be anything in settings that allows it to be disabled/enabled.

But on the device itself - you were RIGHT!  It was turned off.

I turned it on and have the green light again.

Thanks for your help @RiekoC !

My phone Fitbit is showing all of the data for the last sleep cycle. I noticed a restart during last night's charge, after which the GW3 Security update had changed to November 5.

I hope your issues resolve and have a Terrific day!

Hello @Fregola

Thank you for letting us know that you turned Heart rate back on from your Inspire 3 and now see the green light. I'll be watching for your updates to see if you're getting your sleep score & sleep stage graphs.

I got sleep scores and heart rate data from last night.

I'm totally fixed, thanks for the help @RiekoC .

The issue here was that heart rate needs to be turned on/off ON THE INSPIRE DEVICE ITSELF by going through the device menus. It can't be done in the app.

Hello @Fregola

So glad to see that you are back to getting your sleep scores & heart rate data. Thankfully, it was a simple fix this time.

Hopefully, you'll start getting your Readiness score soon, too.

Missing Stress Management abd Readiness scores (only) since 19 Nov.  Bought new Versa4 but same problem.  Seems like a Fitbit software bug.  Is anyone on the case?  Any solution identified?
