Fitbit zip won't synch to my Galaxy s6 Active

In this case I would recommend that you try the following steps to get your Zip to sync again to your S6:

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your mobile and then restart the phone.
  2. Turn the Bluetooth back on and open the Fitbit app.
  3. Tap on the account tab and then select the 'Set Up a Device' option.
  4. Select the Fitbit Zip and then run the whole setup process once again. It should get your Fitbit connected to your account once again.
