My lighthouse badge doesn't appear using Pixel Watch

Yesterday I climbed 50 floors using my Google Pixel Watch but I was not awarded any badges. I tried resetting the app and checking the web dashboard

I've also had this problem. The watch is counting floors and syncing them with the app but badges aren't unlocking.

I was told to contact support and I have. It's been escalated, whatever that means, and seems to be something they're aware of. I'm not holding my breath that it will be fixed.

 

On my profile page the Best and Lifetime stat sections are missing the Floors entry entirely. A full third of my data is missing from the profile and all I've gotten is a shoulder shrug.

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you know if the resolution will include retroactively giving me the badges that I have earned while it is broken?
