Just purchased the Blaze yesterday and successfully completed set up. Two things keep happeneing. I continue to get, "sync error, try again". Then when I do try it again, it says synced moments ago, but my Blaze still has all incorrect settings on it. Clock face is wrong, time is wrong, steps are wrong. So, I try to sync again and still nothing. I've restarted the phone, the fitbit, uninstalled app, bluetooth is on, internet connection is good. I'm on android 4.4 version if that helps. I'm getting frustrated seeing how I just brought it and cant use it properly.

Unfortunately, not a fix but I am seeing the same issue and I've had my blaze for 6 months.
I have the same error and the silent alarms are not syncing up. This has been an issue since the latest app update earlier this week.

Same issues here. No matter what I reset, restart, pair and unpair, turn on or off, nothing works.
It won't sync with my app so I'm not getting any of my data. So what's the point??
Expensive piece of crap. They need to fix it asap.
(I have the Blaze and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge)

@Karmadoll, on your Samsung phone do you have WiFi enabled? If so, turn it off and than try syncing the tracker to see if will connect.

Same issues! New Blaze, sync issue with clock display, alarms, dropping Bluetooth, interference with Bose wireless speaker. If there is no solution soon, I will be returning. Thanks!

@Bmoney, I have found with my Charge 2 that after adding new Bluetooth devices, such as the recent Skullcandy headphones, I had to go into the phone's Bluetooth settings and Forget the Fitbit pairing and then go into the Fitbit app and re-add the tracker. Never had a problem syncing after that until a new Bluetooth device was added again and I had to repeat the process.

my "test notification" goes through but I am not getting any others, my alarms are stuck in pending sync mode and will never sync even though all other information is syncing.

I have been having the same issue. the latest update is not syncing well with my G6 edge. Very frustrating.
