Which Fitbit device are you using?

Had it been working previously, or is this on initial setup?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I can not get my ohone to sync with my fitbit blazes. The whole watch is blank and no lights in the back. What can I do?

This is fitbit surge. Yes it was working initially.now it has stopped
showing any details like footsteps, heart rate calories burnt etc. Infact
time shown is also incorrect.there is no other way to reset time if it has
not been connected with my android fone.

Also now my android phone i e oneplus 3t is not even listed in compatible
fones with this particular fitbit.

M very disappointed, what to do now?
