My phone stopped syncing

My blaze stopped syncing to my Moto z force on August 18 8:00. Since then I've tried restarting, turning Bluetooth on and off, everything in the help section, I've uninstalled Fitbit, I've deleted all of my Bluetooth syncs, I've tried everything and I'm frustrated!!! Help!!!

Hello @Jenalee17, it's nice to have you here one more time in the Fitbit Community. I've seen you are syncing with a non compatible mobile device. When a device is not compatible we cannot guarantee the behavior of the phone in relation to the tracker's functionality.

 

If the troubleshooting steps for syncing are not resolving the issue, please give it a try with a device listed as supported or using a computer in the meantime.

 

Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so If your device isn't listed, you can check the list at a later date to see if device support has been added
