I tried linking my charge 2 with my contacts friends that has charge 2 but it kept showing me friends without fitbit, pls somebody assist

Hello @Inkus, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! 

 

There are different ways to connect with your friends, just make sure you have store the email addresses of your friends with Fitbit in your phone. If you're using Android Marshmallow, make sure you grant the Fitbit app access to the requested features of your mobile device. 

 

You can connect with the Facebook option too to see your friends who own a Fitbit and have their information linked to their Facebook account. If you are already logged into your Facebook account, you will be taken to the site directly. If you aren't logged into your Facebook account yet, you will be prompted to do so. If none of your Facebook friends are connected to Fitbit, you will have the option to invite them via email manually if they are not listed.

 

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the + icon.
  2. Tap or click Add Friend. 
  3. Choose how you want to connect with your friends and follow the on-screen instructions.
