My readiness score tab has disappeared

I am on Android 4.36.1, and my readiness score tab has vanished completely.  First, the tab quit working, then it disappeared altogether.   It does not show up on the Edit screen as an option.  How do I get that back?

Sorry to see you're having issues with the Daily Readiness tile in your Fitbit app. What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Although I'm not sure that this will work, have you tried clearing the cache for the Fitbit app on your phone/tablet? If that didn't work, you might try clearing storage/data for the Fitbit app, followed by force stopping the app. Just to let you know, you'll need to log back into the app when you clear the storage.

I have completely un-installed and reinstalled the app.  I do not even have the option for readiness score.   The tile disappeared shortly after an update broke the tile (tapping the tile no longer opened the recommended zone minutes page)

Thank you for sharing that deleting & re-installing the app didn't work to restore your Daily Readiness tile.

I've seen that users have reported that they also needed to restart their phone after deleting & re-installing the app in order for an issue to be fixed. Although I'm not sure that this will be the case with your Daily Readiness tile issue, it might be worth a try.

You can submit this bug using the Feedback feature in the Fitbit app.

• Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
• Select Feedback in the menu that opens
• Complete the prompts and submit

Although it's likely that you won't receive a reply, the team receives & reviews the feedback reports.

If I see a fix or workaround for this problem, I'll report back.
