You could try the following:
1) make sure your phone is not on some kind of power saving mode
2) unpair all other devices from your bluetooth (paired) devices list
3) reset network settings and try again to pair them. Please note you'll lose all network settings for wi-fi and bluetooth if you reset network settings
4) reset Alta tracker and start again the pairing procedure
