I replaced my Charge HR strap, via Amazon, two weeks ago. UMTELE Replacement Band for ~$20. Easy-peasy to change and nearly identical to original. Could not find strap at any brick & mortar store, but googling "fitibit charge hr replacement strap" worked for me.
