Flex 2 using Honor 5c

Does flex 2 recognise Honor 5c mobiles as I am having trouble with my mobile not picking up my fitbit when locating devices

Unfortunately, the Honor 5c is not compatible with the Fitbit app. In this case, I recommend you to create a suggestion in order to get this device compatible.

Fitbit is constantly working in order to have more devices available for syncing. I would not be able to tell you when exactly is going to be able. I would recommend you to check frequently this link since it's modified periodically.

Any update on the Flex 2 / Honor 5C.

My original 2.5 year old Flex syncs fine but the Flex 2 won't sync.

I like the Fitbit dashboard functionality, but if the Flex 2 won't work, it will be going back and you will have lost a customer!
