This worked to solve my problem with my Charge HR and the non -sync issue with my Note 4:
1. Uninstalled the app from my phone
2. Added the device via my computer
3. Re-installed the app to my phone
4. Restarted my phone
5. Conducted a sync via newly installed app...and now it works!

Tried that, It didn't work for me. Although I use a Mac and I cannot find the desktop client that is iOS but I did everything else.

Hi everyone! I'm back with how I fixed mine, after talking to support they had my plug in my Charge HR to charge it and then hold down the button for 15secs to reset the device. after that it sync'd didn't forget any of the stats of the past couple days where it couldn't sync either so thats amazing.
