After last update of the app my watch dont update, and dont sync, i call customer service 4 times, and the setting icon in the watch dissaper... now my watch dont connect my phone since august 2 😒

Have you tried restarting your Versa 3? If not I’d try that first: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
If restarting doesn’t work it might help to just set up your Versa 3 as a new device. You won’t lose any of your data setting it up as a new device. But, you will lose the data you collected after your last successful sync.
To set up your Versa 3 as a new device follow these instructions carefully:

My fitbit hasn't synced since few days ago. Unable to pair. Tried steps outlined and it didn't work for me. Spoke with customer support few days ago. Watch hasn't worked since last sync firmware ver 36.128.6.12
