Have you tried restarting your Versa 3? If not I’d try that first: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
If restarting doesn’t work it might help to just set up your Versa 3 as a new device. You won’t lose any of your data setting it up as a new device. But, you will lose the data you collected after your last successful sync.

Best AnswerMy fitbit hasn't synced since few days ago. Unable to pair. Tried steps outlined and it didn't work for me. Spoke with customer support few days ago. Watch hasn't worked since last sync firmware ver 36.128.6.12
