After last update of the app my watch dont update, and dont sync, i call customer service 4 times, and the setting icon in the watch dissaper... now my watch dont connect my phone since august 2 😒

Have you tried restarting your Versa 3? If not I’d try that first: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
If restarting doesn’t work it might help to just set up your Versa 3 as a new device. You won’t lose any of your data setting it up as a new device. But, you will lose the data you collected after your last successful sync.
To set up your Versa 3 as a new device follow these instructions carefully:
- On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > now remove Versa 3 by unpairing it. If it doesn’t appear anywhere on your Bluetooth proceed to step #2
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
- Log out of the Fitbit App then force shut the Fitbit app by swiping it upwards
- Restart your phone.
- Restart your Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
- Log back into the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your Fitbit from the list and follow the onscreen instructions. When asked if you want to replace your Versa 3 say yes.

My fitbit hasn't synced since few days ago. Unable to pair. Tried steps outlined and it didn't work for me. Spoke with customer support few days ago. Watch hasn't worked since last sync firmware ver 36.128.6.12
