It cannot sync as such no notifications and also no weather reading on my watch. Pls help.

I am.having the same trouble. Galaxy s9 woll sometimes sync but never the hourly goal and steps are sometimes logging the next morning of ever

Yes dear.. Im using a S9 too and it so upsetting to know tat such a expensive gadget cannot perform d task. My amazefit didnt fail me at all.

Hi once again  it is not syncing. Could we request for an exchange? Frankly speaking it very distressing and proclaimed d worst smart watch at d value we r paying.

Thks for voting. It been distressing! They fix it many times  perhaps more than 3 times. It Works for 2 days then again failed.
