NOT SYNCING

MY OLD PHONEBROKE SO HAD TO BUY NEW PHONE. DOWN LOAD APP TO NEW PHONE AND NOW MY FIT BIT WONT SYNCING . 7 DAYS NOW AND STILL NOT SYNCING .???????

IF PROBLEM ISANT RESOLVED I WILL HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO REQUEST A REFUND . DONT WANT TO BUT WILL . I HAVE A VERY SERIOUS LIFE THREATNING ILLNESS AND THE FIT BIT HELPED ME AND MY DOCTORS TO GAIN INSIGHT TO MY HEALTH. I REALLY DO NEED IT TO LOG MY SLEEP + HEART+ AND MOVEMENTS BUT IF THIS ONE IS NO LONGER DOING WHAT I BROUGHT IT FOR ONLY ( ONLY 5 WEEKS AGO)THEN I WILL HAVE TO FIND A MORE RELIABLE FIT BIT AND REQUEST A REFUND..

What phone do you have and which version of Android? What device do you have? The more we know, the better to assist you.

I have the Samsung A70 android . Ive been trying every solution and taken all directions now for the past 4 hours. Followed all the advice given. SOMEHOW ? it has decided to re syncing BUT it has now lost most of the programmes that I purchased it for . lost the sleep record + heart rate and exercise logging.  Thank you for contacting me I am grateful . Any more advice please???

Ahhh, looks like you got the new dashboard @BUTTLEHIDE1414  and the tiles are still there. You'll want to go to the app and select those tiles you wish to show. Sleep tile is not lost, but probably just hidden. You can hide those tiles you don't want to see on the app.
