Since last Tuesday I've been having trouble trying to sync my charge 2 to my Samsung galaxy 2. I have tried several times,following the instructions to do this. I get as far as it finding my tracker & giving me the four digit number,then nothing. Anyone have the solution??

Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a non-compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.
