Really disappointed, Fitbit!  I've been an avid Fitbit user for many years and when the Charge 4 offered GPS, I knew I wanted to upgrade from my Charge 2 so I ordered one only to find it not compatible with my phone (Note 😎 and compatible with Windows but no Windows support if it doesn't work and so I tried to sync with my iPad Mini but it didn't like that either.  So now, I have have to switch to a Galaxy device which is fine but I really liked my Fitbit and very disappointed you guys are not on top of your game with compatibility.  I'm waiting out the release of the Note 20 in August and doubt that'll be compatible either so I might as well seek something else!

My I ask what phone and what OS version,  @imdenyse?

Was the Charge 2 comparable with this phone?

Does Fitbit say that it is compatible?
