This is the second time i could not receive notifications from versa 2. I am using huawei p30. It happened once last time in March 2020 and it was fixed. But it happen again now the same thing. I did all the troubleshootings and still not fixed. Please help fix it asap.

Is it just text notifications? Does phone calls
I'm not sure what all was tried?
Phone restart?
Tracker restart?
Log out/in?
Turned the notification services off/on?
Stopped the app through the phones settings, not just swiped off screan?
Shutdown phone and tracker?
Checked that power management is disabled for Fitbit?
